Online Registration Notice (2027 - 2028)

Registration Form available for Nursery, L.K.G and UKG only on School Website: http://www.jmcschoolgn.edu.in

1. REGISTRATION ONLINE: From 1st October 2026 to 30th November 2026.

2. REGISTRATION FORM SUBMISSION IN SCHOOL: From Tuesday 03rd November 2026 to Wednesday 02nd December 2026 during School office hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon).

3. Age Limit:

• Nursery: 3 years from 01st April 2027 to 31st July 2027 as per NEP 2020.
• LKG: 4 years from 01st April 2027 to 31st July 2027 as per NEP 2020.
• UKG: 5 years from 01st April 2027 to 31st July 2027 as per NEP 2020.

4. REQUIREMENTS:

• a). COMPLETED ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
• b). ATTESTED CHILD'S COPY OF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE FROM GOVERNMENT AND AADHAAR CARD COPY.
• c). ATTESTED BOTH PARENT'S COPY OF THE AADHAAR CARD (MANDATORY).
• d). ATTACH THE INDIVIDUAL PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF MOTHER, FATHER AND CHILD SEPARATELY ON THE REGISTRATION FORM.

5. Prospectus and Registration Fee: Rs. 1000/- as per U.P. PVT School Fee Fixation Act 2018, 3:3:a:(i).

Bring the Payment Slip along with the filled Registration Form and Candidate's Date of Birth Certificate for submission in the School.

6. Verification and Interaction: Date, Day and timing will be communicated at the time of the submission of Registration forms. On the Interaction Day, both parents must be present with the child for verification and identification. Bring along the Original Birth Certificate / documents of the child.

7. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS REGARDING ADMISSIONS:

• a). For the Selected Candidates the One Time Admission fees will be Rs. 50,000/-.
• b). Availability of Seats for Session 2027 - 2028: NURSERY - 200, LKG - 70, UKG - 30.
• c). If the number of applicants are more than the availability of seats, lot system will be applied.
• d). Meeting of the candidates is in no way binding on us for admission.
• e). Proper Birth Certificate issued by the Government Authority, Aadhar Card of Child and Parents (Mother and Father both) must be submitted with the Registration form (Attested copy only).
• f). DATE OF BIRTH ONCE REGISTERED WILL NOT BE CHANGED.
• g). The Management is not responsible for any unauthorized persons or websites other than school website promising any admission related services. No one is authorized to act on behalf of the school. Any kind of donation or recommendation etc. will not be accepted.
• h). SCHOOL DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES. IT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENTS.
• i). Complete the Registration online, and submit the Printed copy to the School Office with proof of deposit of Registration Fees (non-refundable) from 03rd November to 2nd December 2026.

VACANCIES FOR OTHER CLASSES IF ANY WILL BE SHOWN ON THE SCHOOL WEBSITE IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2027.
